Global Talent Search is a global proactive boutique search firm that specializes in the selection and recruitment of C-level and senior management profiles. The approach is pragmatic and transparent and consists of direct search projects for Global multinational clients in the US, Europe and Asia.


With an entrepreneurial and multicultural vision and approach, Global Talent Search is working for clients who are looking at bringing in or developing diversity in their organization, whilst focusing on specific skills and international experience gained in selected industries, regardless of current location or nationality.


We search through industries rather than on a geographical basis and believe in a lean, consistent and transparent approach, which is enhanced by the fact that one consultant is responsible for the full process from discussions with the client and the different stakeholders, through the research and interviews up to the presentations of candidates to our clients.
